By accessing or using the website and/or our services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, test, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are exclusive property of POP Tennis. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to see, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

REFUND POLICY

For group lessons, refunds are only made in case the class is cancelled due to wet weather in form of a credited session for the following month. No credit will be given for a student who misses a session for any other reason UNLESS there is a Medical Certificate.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.

rain POLICY

We do not cancel on the forecast of rain, we only cancel when the courts are not playable. Classes that are cancelled due to rain can be made up any time until the end of the month. In case the classes cannot be made up, you will receive a credit for the following month.

liability waiver

I hereby give consent for my child/me to take part in the activity and consent to any emergency treatment as necessary. I accept that coaches are not under liability whatsoever in respect of injury, loss or damage to my child’s/my health or property whilst participating in any coaching sessions, camps, tournament or other activities wherein my child participates for this term and any future terms. I understand that participating in any POP Tennis organized activity is at my child’s/my own risk. POP Tennis treats safety and wellbeing of children as a priority and reserves the right to expel from any of our activities and without refund any participant or its family who is found bullying, misbehaving or who is generally disruptive.

cancellation policy

Private Classes

Private lessons may be cancelled and rescheduled if 24 hours notice is given. The full lesson fee will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given. There will be no refunds for no-shows.

Group Classes and Camps

There are no make-up classes or refunds for absence as our slots are limited. However, you may attend later group classes if you have a medical certificate.

PAYMENTS

Course fees must be paid in full once the date of your first class is confirmed. Do transfer via PayNow UEN 201925408ZPOP or through Internet Banking account number 0279087617. Name LSCM Pte Ltd.

There is a 10% surcharge for all payments that are not completed within the same week Saturday by 7pm.

court booking

If the lesson is at your condo, do make sure that you have the court booked and it is available. You will be charged for the lesson in full once your coach has arrived at your court at the prearranged date and time or if the cancellation is not done 24 hours in advance.
